Spring is here in Tokyo and we are waiting for Cherry blossoms!

Be Positive!
Well, we all know positive thinking, but sometimes it is difficult to do.
And, it is ok, if you cannot think or act positively always, but, please feel everything inside of you.
Once you feel why you cannot be positive, then you will walk again with lots of lights.
And, please chin up whenever you can.
And, please see and know beautiful sky and sunshine that they are always for you.

It is like winter again in Tokyo since last week.
But, spring is almost there and we can enjoy cherry blossoms some time soon. 🙂
This year, many events and products will be launching following cherry blossoms from Southern part of Japan to Northern part.
For example, Three, natural cosmetics brand, will launch spring collection start from Kyushu area in middle of March, then Tokyo area would be in the end of March etc.
Also, Chandon, premium sparkling wine, will have collaboration with restaurants all over Japan, and open pop-up bar in Nakameguro to enjoy this season.
So, if you are in Japan in the season, hope you can enjoy the spring with lots of cherry blossoms. 🙂
This week, I got the message to say please know that you are not alone.
Even you feel you are alone, no one understands you, no one support you etc, this is the time to know you are not alone.
We cannot see in that way when we are in dark place, and even cannot see any light, but please remember that your body, your organs, your cells are always working for you without complains.
They are always support you to be you.
They are always give lots of things for you to enjoy the life you have.
They are always with you no matter what.
This is the time to realize these things, and this is the time to connect with yourself more and more.
This week, please talk with yourself more often than you do regularly.
You will see lots of things differently.

Here is the question.
Why do you think you are small and not shining?
You might think you are different from others, you might be said that you are not enough or not good etc.
Sometimes, people or even your parents or siblings say some not good things to you, and you just believe.
But, please be free from these beriefs.
You are bigger than you think and you can shine much brighter than now.
Just ask what you believe about you to yourself and say thank you to these beliefs.
Then, you will be shining and glowing much stronger, and will be enjoining the light you have.

Sometimes, it is really difficult to trust others, if you have hurt in the past, or if you simply always doubt others, or you might not be able to trust yourself so that you cannot trust others.
But, we need to trust others to give some work when you are away from work, we need to trust others to take care of your kids during school days, we need to trust your loved ones that they love you…
Trusting others and yourself requires opening your heart, otherwise, we cannot trust.
This week, please remember to open your heart little more to trust yourself and others.

We had snow today in Tokyo.
I am really amazed by this snow.
This past weekend, my friends were here from Indonesia and they said they want to see snow.
But, the weather was kind of warm, so there is no sign of snowing. But, then, the last day of their stay, actually just before they leave snow was falling down.
They were so happy and I was amazed what God gave to them.
So, what I have learned again is there is a timing and we just trust it.
God takes care of what we need.
This week, please love yourself as much as you can.
If you are tired, please take a rest, take a massage, drink a cup of tea or coffee to relax more often than you do normally.
Sending flowers to you.
Say thank to yourself.
Say sorry to yourself if you always work hard to take others.
You need more love to you.
God loves you.

Just had the first new moon in 2016 on 10th, and January 11th would be the day that you can feel many things can start.
Here I got the message for this week.
You will see som signs that what you have done for long time.
You might not see anything so far, and might doubt yourself, or frustrated, but, you will see something that your season will be coming soon.
It is like sprout is trying to come up to the surface of the soil.
Your effort is trying to show you what you have done so far.
So, don’t forget to appreciate what you have done and have had.

There are bright and strong lights in this world, and people are easily afraid of these lights, because they believe their secrets such as darkness, fears, egos, will be revealed.
But, is it true?
Yes, it is true. This is why people try to cease these lights by nasty words, attitude etc toward to them.
Because, they are scared.
They are afraid of seein their fears and egos.
But, remember these dark sides of you are also you.
If you don’t want to see them, then these are always your threats.
But, if you see and accept them, they are no longer enemy for you.
If you afraid these, then you tend to do something not nice to people who are stronger and brighter lights as they are.
Just remember nothing to afraid of.
The lights just tell you that you have other sides of yourself.
And, once you embrace them, you are much brighter and stronger light.
If you get some not nice things from people, know that you are stronger and brighter light to light up this world.
So, light more, and be the stronger lights for the world.
