Lord, you have seen what is in my heart. You know all about me. You know when I sit down and when I get up. You know what I’m thinking even though you are far away. You know when I go out to work and when I come back home. You know exactly how I live. Lord, even before I speak a word, you know all about it. You are all around me. You are behind me and in front of me. You hold me in your power. I’m amazed at how well you know me. It’s more than I can understand. How can I get away from your Spirit? Where can I go to escape from you? If I go up to the heavens, you are there. If I lie down in the deepest parts of the earth, you are also there. Suppose I were to rise with the sun in the east and then cross over to the west where it sinks into the ocean. Your hand would always be there to guide me. Your right hand would still be holding me close. Suppose I were to say, “I’m sure the darkness will hide me. The light around me will become as dark as night.” Even that darkness would not be dark to you. The night would shine like the day, because darkness is like light to you. You created the deepest parts of my being. You put me together inside my mother’s body. How you made me is amazing and wonderful. I praise you for that. What you have done is wonderful. I know that very well. None of my bones was hidden from you when you made me inside my mother’s body. That place was as dark as the deepest parts of the earth. When you were putting me together there, your eyes saw my body even before it was formed. You planned how many days I would live. You wrote down the number of them in your book before I had lived through even one of them. God, your thoughts about me are priceless. No one can possibly add them all up. If I could count them, they would be more than the grains of sand. If I were to fall asleep counting and then wake up, you would still be there with me. God, I wish you would kill the people who are evil! I wish those murderers would get away from me! They are your enemies. They misuse your name. They misuse it for their own evil purposes. Lord, I really hate those who hate you! I really hate those who rise up against you! I have nothing but hatred for them. I consider them to be my enemies. God, see what is in my heart. Know what is there. Put me to the test. Know what I’m thinking. See if there’s anything in my life you don’t like. Help me live in the way that is always right. (Psalm 139:1-24 NIRV)

The end of September, I had a chance to be in Paris for business. 🙂
Even though it was for work, it is always pleasure to be in Paris.
What would you do if you do not speak local language?
Do you just observe?
Or
Do you want to try to communicate with local people somehow?
I do not speak French, but I try to communicate people in the area using gestures, drawing, showing map, picture etc…
This is the reason why I always enjoy my stay in anywhere. 🙂

12 years ago, friend of mine called me to say “please watch TV…my brother is working in the building.”
Right after she said that the second airplane just hit the building, and collapsed.
I could not recognize what was happening, but I can remember I felt something that should not happen.
The friend told me that her brother was fine, but many of his coworkers could not be survived.
On that day, so many lives were taken, and I do believe we should not have this kind of things again.
We have had many wars and there are many war zones in this world now, but hope we can have peace in this whole world in the future.

Organic cafe in Tokyo
Ok, I am not vegetarian but as I mentioned I want to eat vegetables a lot…:)
And of course, I want to make delicious vegetable meals to my partner. 🙂
So, I go to any restaurants, I enjoy the meals and try to get an idea for my cooking.
Here is an organic cafe you can eat lots of vegetables and macrobiotic cake for your break. 🙂
Dorobushi Kitchen at FANCL Square in Ginza.
The building has an organic restaurant at 9th floor named Dorobushi.
These restaurant and cafe are owned by FANCL, a cosmetics company that provides the concept of beauty from within.
So, if you go to FANCL square in Ginza, you can eat organic foods and buy cosmetics at the same time.
There are some cosmetics companies have restaurants in Tokyo.
I will tell you some of them in near future. 🙂
Vegan restaurant in Tokyo
I am not vegan…but I try to eat vegetables a lot…:)
I went to a vegan restaurant in Tokyo.
In Japan, it is not easy to find vegetarian or vegan restaurants, even though origin of macrobiotic diet is in Japan.
But, recently in Tokyo, many organic, macrobiotic restaurants are opened…
The restaurant I went is one of those restaurants.
If you are hungry about vegetables when you are in Tokyo, this is the one of restaurants you can go. 🙂

Color for early fall season
In Tokyo, still really hot and humid.
Yes, still summer.
However, I want to wear some autumn color, since the calendar is close to September. 🙂
What I chose for this time to wear on my nails is Gold.
But, not bright yellow gold like you imagine as a summer color.
I selected more like bronze, so I can feel summer and bit fall season on my nails.
In the nail trend this fall is natural earthy color and dark blue.
Bronze might be categorized into earthy color. 🙂
I will try dark blue in near future…:)
