Weekly Message 10/10-10/16

Here is the message for this week.

It seems like your world is not bright at all.

No fun, no bright future, no good things etc..

But, is this true?

When we are in dark place, or we think we are in dark place, then our world is like hopeless.

But, actually the message for this week says, your world is not bad as it seems.

You might not realize or not be able to see now, but your future is actually full of colors, loves and joys.

What you need now is believe in yourself more and more.

When you feel your shadow, maybe, you cannot feel you can believe anyone including yourself.

But, if you do not believe in yourself, then who can believe you.

So, please start from yourself, because, when you believe in yourself fully, then your world turns to much brighter and colorful, and you will not choose unhappiness.

Sometimes, you choose unhappiness, because you want to prove that you are not worthy enough to have any happiness.

And, this comes from low self esteem,  and lack of trust of yourself and self-love.

So, please start believe in yourself first.

How you see your world, and how you color your life are depends on you.

Have a beautiful week!

Weekly Message 5/23-5/29

It is like summer in Tokyo.

Wonderful sunshine and beautiful sky.

Fresh green leaves and colorful flowers.

Message for this week is “this world is amazing place”

When we have problems, when we just lose confidence, when we just think something is wrong, then you cannot see world as a gift from God, beautiful creatures are just live as it is.

When you cannot see this world as beautiful world, then your heart is hurt or remembers some dark days from the past.

Past is past, again this is the message for last week, and when you remember something not good memories, then just let them go with lots of appreciations.

And, also forgive yourself that you have  not realized heaviness you have had, and thank yourself and treat you well.

Life is maybe not always sweet, but not always bitter.

But, we have to choose which one you want to hold in your heart.

So, please decide be happy and see beauties in this world.

This world is amazing and your life is amazing because you are the main character of your life.

So, please write your movie as beautiful in this awesome place.

Have a great week!!

Weekly message 9/28-10/4

Mercury retrograde will be finished some time soon.

You might have some frustration during the period, but stay calm, be patient, and be objective.

You will find a way to resolve your frustrations.

We often draw into your point of views, but if we can step back to see some problems you have now from other people’s eyes or see from just different angles, then sometimes easily we can find Ah-ha moment.

Just remember, you are the person who creates your world.

If you can remember this, then you will be kind to yourself and others more, I believe.

Because, proper around you are the important casts for your story.

Have a beautiful week!!

Blue Moon

Appreciate yourself more, and you will know how much other people appreciate who you are.

Everything is coming from you, if so, what do you wanna see in your world?

You are the main cast in your life.

Write your story with love, joy and happiness.

Have a great blue moon. 🙂

The mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee

We often forget what is important things for our life.

Here is one good story to remember what we really need in our life…:)

The mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.  When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.  He then asked the students if the jar was full.  They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.  The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.  He then asked the students again if the jar was full.  They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.  Of course, the sand filled up everything else.  He asked once more if the jar was full.  The students responded with a unanimous “yes.”

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively  filling the empty space between the sand.  The students laughed.

“Now,” said the professor, as the laughter subsided, ” I  want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.

“The golf balls are the important things — your God, family, your children, your health, your friends, and your favorite passions — things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

“The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, and your car.

“The sand is everything else — the small stuff.

“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the pebbles or golf balls.  The same goes for life.  If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

“Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play with your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.
Play another 18.
There will always be time to clean the house and ‘fix the disposal’.

“Take  care of the golf balls first — the things that really matter.  Set your priorities.  The rest is just sand.”

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled.  “I’m glad you asked.  It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there’s always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.”
