Happiness

Happiness is from within, not from outside.

But, many people do not know this.

Because, I know many people who are always not happy even they have their ideal jobs, or dream spouses or do whatever they wanna do.

They always complain something about in their life, holding something really negative memories or feelings.

You know what?

Everyone has bad memories, but if we do not give these memories power, then, they are just memories and they don’t have any power over you.

But, people who always unhappy usually give power to their bad memories or feelings.

Or usually these people see “the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence” and they compare to other people to find how they are lack of something or unhappy etc.

Of course, we are human being, so we can be in some dark places or envy other people sometimes.

But, if we continually do these things, then, we will not know how happy we are.

And, when we feel happiness, then, we have more smiles on our faces.

This attracts more people and happiness.

We don’t have to be positive all the time.

We don’t need to smile all the time.

If we feel sad, desapointed, etc, then feel the feelings.

But, remember you are the one who can make you happy.

So, when you feel it is the time to smile, then start smiling again.

And, count your happiness and blessings.

And, appreciate these things in your life.

When you truly feel you are happy, then, you show it to the world.

And, you will attract more happiness.

This is what we call law of attractions.

So, be happy.

Your Happiness is always from you. 🙂

Journey from born to the heaven

Several weeks ago, I had a session with my friend/client for reading and healing.

In the session, I got message for her about her old parents, but this is from God to tell everyone, I think.

So, I wanna share it.

When we are born, we do not have anything.

We forget what we decided or planed for this life to enjoy our life fully.

So, we have nothing at the beginning.

So, this is why our family, friends, other adults or even pets teach us many things for how to live our life.

Then, getting older, and teach other people and kids.

And, getting older and older.

We lose control our body, and forget things we enjoy, and what we have etc.

But, this is necessary for us to be back to the heaven.

Because, we need to be zero.

We need to be none.

Nothingness is what we become for our next life.

This is why we forget.

This is why we lose what we can do when we are young.

Yes, it is scary that we become like baby again that we cannot do anything by ourselves.

But, this is how we go.

And, it seems this is cycle of life.

And, when we become completly empty, then, you are ready to take next step to enjoy another life.

This is what I got.

And, I think this means we should enjoy present time fully. 🙂

We should not always think past or future.

Live life now is most important thing and also showing our appreciation to ourselves, ancestors, and God.

So, enjoy what you do now.

Weekly message 12/14-12/20

There are bright and strong lights in this world, and people are easily afraid of these lights, because they believe their secrets such as darkness, fears, egos, will be revealed.

But, is it true?

Yes, it is true. This is why people try to cease these lights by nasty words, attitude etc toward to them.

Because, they are scared.

They are afraid of seein their fears and egos.

But, remember these dark sides of you are also you.

If you don’t want to see them, then these are always your threats.

But, if you see and accept them, they are no longer enemy for you.

If you afraid these, then you tend to do something not nice to people who are stronger and brighter lights as they are.

Just remember nothing to afraid of.

The lights just tell you that you have other sides of yourself.

And, once you embrace them, you are much brighter and stronger light.

If you get some not nice things from people, know that you are stronger and brighter light to light up this world.

So, light more, and be the stronger lights for the world.

Have a wonderful week!!

The truth is still the truth

Many people, especially, ignorant people, want to punish you for speaking the truth, for being correct, for being you.

Never apologize for being correct, or for being years ahead of your time.

If you are right and you know it, speak your mind.

Even if you are minority of one, the truth is still the truth.

The mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee

We often forget what is important things for our life.

Here is one good story to remember what we really need in our life…:)

The mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.  When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.  He then asked the students if the jar was full.  They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.  The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.  He then asked the students again if the jar was full.  They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.  Of course, the sand filled up everything else.  He asked once more if the jar was full.  The students responded with a unanimous “yes.”

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively  filling the empty space between the sand.  The students laughed.

“Now,” said the professor, as the laughter subsided, ” I  want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.

“The golf balls are the important things — your God, family, your children, your health, your friends, and your favorite passions — things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

“The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, and your car.

“The sand is everything else — the small stuff.

“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the pebbles or golf balls.  The same goes for life.  If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

“Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play with your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.
Play another 18.
There will always be time to clean the house and ‘fix the disposal’.

“Take  care of the golf balls first — the things that really matter.  Set your priorities.  The rest is just sand.”

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled.  “I’m glad you asked.  It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there’s always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.”

Happinesses

I had a chance to talk about small happiness with friends of mine recently, because one of them cannot find and feel small things as her happiness.

I do understand that we often cannot think really small things as our happiness, and this is why we are always taught count your blessings.

We actually have so many happiness and blessings in our regular life, like I can have a cup of coffee everyday, I can eat nice foods, I can find a cafe where organic foods are used, I can find nice fruit juice at a normal convenience store, I can have time with my partner and friends etc…

And, if you can feel small things as your happiness, then more happiness are coming into your life…
Our life is a chain of small things and small happiness. 🙂

Hope you can find your happinesses through this Holiday season.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
