Healing process is like polishing a rough diamond. It takes a time and effort to clean and make the diamond shine beautifully. Healing process is like that. Many people want quick and easy healing process to get results, however, actually most of healing processes required time, courages, patience, understanding, and love toward yourself.

It sounds not so wonderful, doesn’t it?
