Keeping peace in your mind is one of the secrets to be happier, but it is difficult to maintain peace in you sometimes, like when you are busy, angry, disappointed etc.
But once you finish how you feel from the circumstances, then please remember peace and serenity…if you can remember even one second, you will find more peace in your mind.

Even you have partner, please do not forget to love yourself like you love your partner, children, parents etc.
