Taking a risk

We all have some dreams that hoping come true.

But, when we get older, we have lots of experiences and make some comfort zones.

But, sometimes, when we want to go beyond something or break something, then, we have to take a risk.

When I took entrepreneur class at my business school, what our professor taught us at the very last day it was “taking a risk”.

He showed video of “Chiune Sugihara” who wrote more than 1,000 visa to save Jewish people from German government even he was told not to do by Japanese government.

I knew his story before the class but he was not even famous in Japan, and I was so surprised what professor chose and what he wanted to tell. Not strategy or how to gather capital etc. But, mind.

He simply wanted to tell us “taking a risk to pursue our dreams” to be entrepreneurs. (And also of course, for doing right things as human and of course for your dream comes true. And the professor was Harvard Business School graduate and owned small music instruments company, so he was an entrepreneur.)

So, this is the most surprised teaching I have ever had at my business school and at the same time this is the words I cannot forget.

So, I hope you can take a risk to pursue what you wanna do and wanna be.
