I hope your 2026 started with joys and hopes for this New Year.

We are tend to see and digest what our physician eyes see situations and people, but are they really true?

Nowadays, as you know, we have quite convenient tools to generate everything like AI. What we see sometimes on, especially, internet is not true, but generated by AI to look like real. Some good sites and/or posts mentioned they are not true but created by AI, but others do not mention anything. That is why we get caught up with false information and misunderstand some things.

How about our daily life?

Our mind generate what we want to see or try to understand that what you see by your physicians eyes or listen by your physical ears are true.

Is that so?

Some people really good at hiding their truth, real feelings, true natures etc, so we believe what we see is real and their truth, but we often hear that many people say “oh, he/she looked nice, so, I did not think he/she did such a awful thing…” etc…after something happens.

So, look through eyes of your heart. Not always what you see by your physical eyes are true. Behind the scene, there might be something going on in better or worse. We do not know which one until truth coming out, but when you try to see things from your heart, meaning feel than think, you would be able to see the truth that you cannot see by your physical eyes.

Like even some people work really well in their work, it does not mean they always have rosy life. They might have some sad days, but they do not show to provide their services. Maybe, some people are scared to do something, but try to not show, because they want to be success. Maybe, some people always look happy, but in reality, they probably have gone through hells…so, we never know what is going on behind the situations. Some people might seem they have quite good life, but in a reality, they have huge conflicts in their life…with spouse, siblings, parents, kids etc.

So, see anything through eyes of your heart and not judge anything quickly by what you see with your physical eyes. Fell it more, and, you will see more reality in the situation.
