Maybe you sometimes feel no one understand you, no one understand your pain inside of you or what you are and have been going through.
First you might see and say to you like I know how much pain you have inside of you. I understand what your true intentions, your true feelings, even no one understands you, you know how you feel and how painful it is. Please talk to your inner child. Not always we can do this because we all now are adults and want to feel everything is ok, you can control everything you are facing and going through, but, it is not. And, it is ok for you to acknowledge about your feelings and pains you have. Do not pretend always you are ok because it is not.
And, actually, even you feel no one sees your pain or no one understands you, there are some people see your pains, and you will know and feel thier love. One thing I just wanna say is that please be humble and try to u stand others when you see some people who always smile or help people etc, Becuase people might hide their pains.
One more thing I want you to know that God knows everything even you don’t see anyone who understands you. So, you are not alone….
“You have searched me, Lord, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely. You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me,” even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you. For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.”
Psalms 139:1-13 NIV
