Mandala

I attended mandal art workshop today.

It was so fun and got many insights.

This is not only to draw mandala but reflect what you have in you.

Mandala is the universe.

Your own universe.

Thank you, I am sorry, please forgive me, I love you

Hoʻoponopono is defined as mental cleansing in Hawaii.

Just say “thank you, I am sorry, please forgive me and I love you” to yourself to cleanse your mind and heart leads you to more peaceful place.

Some people might say these words to themselves and to others easier than others, and some people just say from mouth to make things easier.

But, if you try to say these words to you always and to others when you really need, things will be changed little by little.

Don’t be afraid to tell people these words, especially people who you love, including yourself.

You are the most loved person by yourself.

And, when your inside is changed you will see different world.

Saying these words don’t make you weak, just bring you more love and peace.

Thank you

I am sorry

Please forgive me

I love you

Testimonial

Here is a testimonial I got for my psychic counseling. 🙂

****************************************************************************************
It was my first Psychic counseling. I was troubled with work related stuff, but she gave me that I should do what I do now with confidence. So, my concerns were gone. I feel happy that I can move forward what I chose because she said I would be fine what I do now with joy and happiness. During the counseling, my body started warm, so I felt good and it was like I took counseling and healing at the same time.
Thank you.

The truth is still the truth

 Many people, especially, ignorant people, want to punish you for speaking the truth, for being correct, for being you.

Never apologize for being correct, or for being years ahead of your time.

If you are right and you know it, speak your mind.

Even if you are minority of one, the truth is still the truth.

The mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee

We often forget what is important things for our life.

Here is one good story to remember what we really need in our life…:)

The mayonnaise jar and 2 cups of coffee

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him.  When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.  He then asked the students if the jar was full.  They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly.  The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls.  He then asked the students again if the jar was full.  They agreed it was.

The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar.  Of course, the sand filled up everything else.  He asked once more if the jar was full.  The students responded with a unanimous “yes.”

The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar, effectively  filling the empty space between the sand.  The students laughed.

“Now,” said the professor, as the laughter subsided, ” I  want you to recognize that this jar represents your life.

“The golf balls are the important things — your God, family, your children, your health, your friends, and your favorite passions — things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.

“The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house, and your car.

“The sand is everything else — the small stuff.

“If you put the sand into the jar first,” he continued, “there is no room for the pebbles or golf balls.  The same goes for life.  If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.

“Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.
Play with your children.
Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.
Play another 18.
There will always be time to clean the house and ‘fix the disposal’.

“Take  care of the golf balls first — the things that really matter.  Set your priorities.  The rest is just sand.”

One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.

The professor smiled.  “I’m glad you asked.  It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there’s always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend.”

Prayer of St. Francis

Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace;
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is discord, harmony;
Where there is error, truth;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
And where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master, Grant that I may not so much seek
To be consoled as to console;
To be understood as to understand;
To be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive;
It is in pardoning that we are pardoned;
And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
