We are All Perfectly Imperfect

We human being tend to try to be perfect and compare to other people and disappointed by what you find in others and not in you. Some people, then, start being aggressively attacking to others or themselves, or trying to proof they are superior to others etc… Is it good thing? Answer is no.

In any religious teaching, I believe they tell you being humble. Is it difficult for you? Probably, answer is yes to many, and it is quite normal, so do not blame yourself. But, why it is difficult to be humble? Is this because you give up what you have, your effort, time etc? Please put your hands on your heart to ask yourself, if you think it is difficult for you to be humble. Being humble is not losing something or something you did. It is just accept the fact that you know what your talents, gifts and strengths, and also weaknesses. Why? Because, your weakness are someone’s strengths. Things that you cannot do by yourself, but someone can do or do with them. We cannot do everything by ourselves, as we all know, but we want to think we can do everything can be handled by ourselves. But, it is not true.

In Bible, there is a scripture to tell about church as a body of Jesus Christ. Explaining how church can work under one spirit with one body with many members. We are all under the universe and no matter where you live or you believe, we are the one. Meaning, it is like our body. Maybe, you are eyes, and some others are nose etc. Eye cannot smell roses if there is not nose how sweet they smell. Nose cannot see roses how beautiful they are without eyes. So, we, human beings, are like that. None of us is the same, but we are different and have different gifts to support each other to complete our society, which is like our body.

So, if you think in that way, then, we are not superior to anyone, but just different, and if you were not here, it is not perfect as a body. Being humble is you realize these differences and just appreciate the things other people do for you.

So, if you are part of our body, it means you do not need to focus on what you cannot do or do not have, because you have different things than others. Please focus what you have and you can and appreciate your gifts from God. Then, eventually, you will be more humble than now and won’t struggle to be, then, your life will be changed.

Healing Journey

We all have something in our hearts such as good and bad memories. Good memories help us to keep walking where we are heading to. But, bad memories, we should use them wisely to learn, grow, moving to new you etc.

If you wanna use your bad memories and experiences to help you to grow, one thing we can do is face them. It is scary and not pleasant at all, but, if we avoid to see them now, then, we repeat the situations or bring things to feel the same feelings as you have, then, God push you to face them eventually. And, it is not really fun at all as some of you might know. So, if you feel you repeat some events, feelings etc, then, please stop and look at in your heart. What is the trigger for you to feel this, How you feel now, why you feel this, when this start etc.

You might cry, but, it is ok. You got hurt, but, you have tried to walk, kept pushing you to go through and move on. So, just give you a time to stop, reflect, release and rest.

It is a wonderful time to release anything no longer serve you now since full moon is coming soon. Be honest with yourself. No one is laughing at you, or judging you. If you feel you are judged even you do this process by yourself, then, check yourself. You might really hard on you. Be gentle yourself. You always work hard for yourself, so be kind to yourself.

Healing journey is like peeling onions. You peel one layer, then, another one shows up. It seems never ending, but, when you face and heal your major themes in your life time, you will be free from it.

Do not give up. Take your time to do it. healing journey is marathon not sprint. So, take detours and smell roses sometimes, or just relax, sleep or eat etc. It will help you to keep walking. You will be surprised how far you have come in the future and how your life has changed.

It’s just perfect

Sometimes things are rough. We are in difficult situations, having hard times, and in bad relationships.

We struggle a lot in these situations, and think, worry, depressed…

But, actually it is just perfect.

The situation you are in seems really difficult.

The relationship you have might not really wonderful.

But, it is just perfect for you to learn and grow.

You might have some mean people in your life.

Maybe, you are in place where you don’t like.

It is quite difficult to realize this, and we should get out from toxic situations and relationships, of course. But, once you can realize you see the situations quite differently.

So, you do not have to cry for your past mistakes or bad situations you were or are in, because it was and is for you to become bigger and better person. It was/is just God’s plan for you to grow.

We are like a flower. We need rain. We need sometimes harsh weather or environment to be stronger, and have a beautiful season to bloom.

So, you are just in perfect situation now.

If you realize, you will get some openings and helps for you for new life.

Act of Kindness

It will be almost Valentine’s Day!

It does not matter whether you have love or not. Show your love to anyone in this world.

Love is what we all need and want.

The word “act of kindness” just came to me to tell you to do something for this world.

Maybe just smiling to a stranger.

Maybe just pick a garbage from the street or the beach…

Anything you can think of please do so.

We are still in a difficult time but if we do some random acts of kindness to anyone, our world will be better little by little.

Please show and share your love with the world. ❤️

New Moon and Eclipse-good bye to Old

The new moon occurred early Tuesday or Monday depends on where you are. I feel quite intense energy from this new moon to push us to change/ move forward.

It is a good time to reflect and take slower life than usual, since the new moon encourage us to change for better and lighter.

Some might feel tiredness, headache, sleepiness etc. Listen to your body what your body wants and take actions accordingly.

Some bad memories might come up from the bottom to release. It is not fun experience, but, it is a time to let them go. You don’t have to keep them in you anymore. You don’t have to feel bitterness whenever you remember or encounter similar situation. Just let them go. Their roles are done now. You can be free from these heavy energies.

This week, please have more time for yourself than usual to take care of yourself. It is a good time to release old and prepare to new since it is already middle of December. Christmas is coming soon and New Year is already there.

If you give some presents for your loved ones for Christmas, don’t forget to give something for yourself to appreciate how you, your body and soul go through this rough time. You don’t have to give big things, but, give something to yourself that you can feel love from yourself.

Say good bye to old and prepare and welcome new.

This is a transition time. 11/9-11/15

After the storm, you wanna feel some peace.

You will, but before the peace, there might be another storm coming. But, this does not have a power to destroy anything that you will have.

So, don’t be afraid. Just stand for your ground and walk.

What we experience is quite huge. This is a transition time from old to new. Darkness to light. cold to warm. Hate to love. Violence to peace. What you will experience is you cannot see now. But, feel it. Everting you will experience is from within.

Which one do you choose, love or hate?

We had micro blue moon this past Saturday.

It was quite bright and big for me, even it is said the smallest moon in 2020.

We have gone through so many things this year, and still we have heard some violence occurred.

The world needs love not hate.

The message I got was “we are going through like storm and it will last little more. Choose what you want to see in the future either love or hate. Love your neighbor as yourself. (Romans 13:9) This is what we need to do. It is simple. Do you wanna be loved or hated? Do you wanna receive kindness and love or angers and nasty things? Do you wanna love or hate? Ask your self and choose your action accordingly. The world need you to think everyone of us as yourself. Spread love and light in this time. “

I pray all the people in this world to unite and love one another.

I pray peace and love for this world.

Weekly Message 10/12-10/18-Just be yourself

As we entered last 3 months of 2020, how do you see yourself? Do you think you grow? Do you think your view is different from before?

The message I got for this week is “be yourself”

You don’t have to proof that you are better than anyone. Just be yourself.

You don’t have to tell people how you are special or how your belief is better than someone’s.

When you just be yourself, you are in neutral.

You are not less or more. Just be.

Just you are yourself and you don’t have to compare to anyone.

Be yourself might be difficult if you do not accept who you are including your shadow self. But, this is a good time to embrace your another side.

So, hug your weaknesses or shadow parts that you don’t wanna show to others.

When you accept and embrace your dark side, then, it will become your charm not dark side.

So, accept yourself first as you are and be yourself.

Weekly Message 4/27-5/3

It has been for quite long time since the pandemic happened. Some parts of the world, it might be almost 4-5 months, and since many counties started lockdowns or limited activities, it has been at least 4-6 weeks. Yes, this is quite hard time for everyone. But, some countries have planned to reopen etc. That is a good news, and we see a light to the end of the tunnel for some areas. But, it still depends on where you are, so stay put for little more time.

One thing, we all have common is that we had to start some new life styles. I believe this does not matter where you are or what you do for living. We all had to find some ways to have new styles.

This is not only for our physical health but mentally and spiritually.

What did you change? What have you acquired to have new lifestyle? Is it comfortable or not? What have you learned so far? What do you want to continue after this pandemic?

We all have learned something from current situations and experiences. Some of them are just for this time period, but, I believe some are completely new and you wanna continue even after our life is back in normal.

Find these things you wanna continue for more than just for this temporary situation.

It might be small thing like making coffee every morning for you and your loved ones. Maybe, jogging or walking everyday. Maybe continue to eat healthier foods. Or local small restaurants. Maybe, having time with your kids or family.

So, please find something you started during this situation but wanna continue. This is challenging time for everyone, but, this is also good time to find some treasures in your life that you could not find before.

Find these treasures this week, and be positive. This is not permanent situation, but just temporary. Please don’t forget and be patient.
